It focuses on specialized topics such as SAP HANA-optimized EC2 instances and storage, high-availability/failover configurations for SAP systems, SAP-specific backup/restore strategies, and performance tuning within the AWS context. It assumes you already possess strong general AWS knowledge and tests your ability to apply it to the unique constraints of SAP landscapes.

The exam blueprint comprehensively covers SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA (including scale-up and scale-out deployments), SAP NetWeaver-based applications (like SAP ERP), and the SAP application layer. It also addresses related components such as SAP Fiori, SAP LaMa (Landscape Management), and integration with SAP Cloud Platform (now BTP) on AWS.
