Ideal candidates typically hold roles such as Supply Chain Director, Transformation Lead, Senior Supply Chain Analyst, Operations Strategy Manager, or Supply Chain Consultant. A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant supply chain experience is strongly recommended to fully grasp the strategic and integrative nature of the exam content.

While the CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) focuses on end-to-end supply chain management and the CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution) delves into logistics-specific expertise, the CTSC is distinctively forward-looking and strategic. It centers on the *transformation* of the supply chain through digital tools, analytics, change management, and resilience building. The CTSC assumes a foundational knowledge of supply chain principles and builds upon it to address how to evolve, adapt, and lead the supply chain of the future.

The CTSC exam is a computer-based test consisting of approximately 100 multiple-choice and scenario-based questions to be completed in 3.5 hours. The questions assess the ability to apply knowledge across the seven exam domains. The exam is scored on a scale from 200 to 350, with a passing score of 300. Results are provided immediately upon exam completion. The exam is designed to test application and analysis, not just memorization.
