COMLEX-USA Level 2-PE (Performance Evaluation) Practice Test

Treat each practice encounter as if it were the real exam. Time yourself strictly, complete the patient note immediately after the encounter, and review your performance critically. Focus on areas where you lose points, such as missed history questions, incomplete physical exams, or unclear documentation. Use the detailed feedback to adjust your approach. Repeat the practice test multiple times, aiming for consistent improvement across all domains. Pair this with review of osteopathic principles and common clinical presentations.

While this practice test is a powerful preparatory tool, it should be part of a comprehensive study plan that includes review of core clinical knowledge, osteopathic manipulative medicine, and communication strategies.
